Who We Are
An accomplished mediator, Dylan has resolved disputes both in and out of the court system since 2011. Starting as a community and family mediator, he then mediated for small claims, landlord-tenant, and general district courts for 4 years where he became a mentor mediator and became involved in the Fairfax Circuit Court Conciliation Program for discovery motion disputes. He began mediating private commercial disputes for local businesses in 2017 and started work for the D.C. Superior Court in 2020 for disputes in the civil actions division. From there, he regularly mediates complex, multi-party civil claims involving large businesses and six- to seven-figure dollar demands. Dylan has a strong grasp of business law topics and has had formal legal training from contracts and securities to business organization and employment.
